It wanted a password after it went through the smart source print logo but before the actual print. I didn't know what password to use.
It didn't do that to me. It displayed that after my coupon printed. Try closing the box that asks for the password. I hope that works for you.
It did the same to me. It printed the coupon, then I got the message asking for a password. I'm thinking it might do that , so you don't try printing it twice.
